Elim Bible Church

OUR HISTOR

In 1915 the members of Elim Mehodist Church purchased the sanctuary, from Elim Baptist which was built in 1829, to replace the Elim Baptist Sanctuary that burned down. The membership of Elim Methodist purchase the building, believing that God would provide them with the property on which to begin a ministry. God did, in fact provide the property and the ministry began.

100 years ago God began a work in a group of men and women who called themselves Elim Methodist Church. In 1977 the members decided to leave the Methodist conference and Elim Bible Church was born.

Today the Word of God is still being preached and taught in the very same building, where the dream began. 

Elim Bible Church is a place to call home...A place where broken people are restored and pour their lives out for Jesus because He poured His life out for us.
